Organizational behavior is a theory that studies the influence of individual in the group.

 And organizational structures which contains the individual’s behavior within organizations. Organizational behavior is a complicated theory relating into the area of management, sociology, psychology and communication. This repot will focus on the influence of the countries behavior at workplace. This also explains that the motivation can help people work well in an organization.
